Pendant Light RIO 55 Gold LED Ring 24W 3000K Thoro TH.220

Name: Pendant Light RIO 55 Gold LED Ring 24W 3000K Thoro TH.220
Brand: Thoro

RIO 55 is a vertical pendant light by Thoro: a gold aluminium ring 55 cm across, hung on two clear cables below a rectangular canopy in the same finish. The LED module runs in a profile along the inner edge of the ring, so the circle itself glows and the light has no shade or visible bulb. It is made in Poland and carries a five-year manufacturer's warranty. Size and suspension The overall height is up to 150 cm and already includes the ring — this is the distance from the ceiling to the bottom of the circle, worth subtracting from your own room height. The ring takes up the lower 55 cm of that length and the profile is 4 cm deep. The canopy measures 24 × 16 cm and is 4.5 cm high; it is screwed to the ceiling with two wall plugs. The light weighs 4.65 kg, so it needs a secure ceiling fixing; on a plasterboard suspended ceiling it has to be anchored to the supporting structure. How much light, and what kind The integrated 24 W LED module is included, and the manufacturer rates it at 3041 lm — enough for main lighting rather than just a decorative glow. 3000 K is warm white, and a colour rendering index of CRI 93 means fabrics, wood and food look natural under it. Thoro describes the light from this fitting as diffused. The fitting is protection class I, which means it must be connected to an earth conductor. The installation sheet shows a terminal block for L, N and earth inside the canopy, together with the driver outputs to the LED module. Where it works A ring hanging vertically reads well against a wall — above a sofa, a bed or a hallway chest — as well as over a dining table or in the kitchen. The form is modern: a plain circle with no ornament and thin cables. The RIO collection also includes a ceiling version, a horizontal chandelier and larger 78 and 110 cm diameters.Mostra di più
