NORLYS STOCKHOLM 226BL outdoor wall light, E27, IP54, black RAL 9005

Name: NORLYS STOCKHOLM 226BL outdoor wall light, E27, IP54, black RAL 9005
Brand: NORLYS

STOCKHOLM 226BL is a lantern-style outdoor wall light: a clear polycarbonate cylinder sits inside a black powder-coated frame with horizontal ribs. The colour is black RAL 9005, and the base that screws to the wall is powder-coated cast aluminium. Norlys describes the design as Scandinavian. How big it is and how it mountsThe fitting is 23.5 cm high and 21 cm wide and projects 14 cm from the wall — the clearance to check next to a door frame or a downpipe. It weighs 2.7 kg and is fixed with two screws through ø5 mm holes spaced 80 × 80 mm.The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm² and let you loop the supply on to the next fitting at the same cross-section, so several lights on one wall run from one circuit. The round-sheathed cable should be ø7–10.5 mm. The luminaire is protection class I and needs a protective earth conductor. What light it gives and which bulb to chooseThe fitting has an E27 socket and no bulb is included. Norlys allows an LED lamp of up to 9 W in the A55–A60 shape, the classic pear bulb — a wider decorative globe or a long candle lamp will not fit inside the cylinder. As a matching lamp Norlys names a dimmable 806 lm, 8.5 W, 2700 K LED bulb: that is the brightness of an old 60 W bulb and a warm, yellowish light. The clear cylinder spreads the light around the fitting, so it lights the wall and the path in front of it alike. You change the bulb yourself.Where it fitsIP54 means protection against splashing water from any direction, so the light can hang on a façade by an entrance, on a terrace or by a gate. IK10 is the highest impact rating, which matters where the fitting hangs low beside a walkway. Norlys intends it for gardens, private grounds and public areas. The diffuser and the gasket are listed by Norlys as spare parts, so a damaged diffuser can be replaced without replacing the whole fitting.Mostra di più
