NORLYS Asker Pro 1318 is an 85 cm bollard light: a slim rectangular shaft topped with a projecting L-shaped head, from beneath which the light falls downwards. The body is powder-coated cast aluminium in graphite, RAL 7016. The manufacturer intends it for lighting gardens and other private grounds. Dimensions and mounting The bollard occupies 20 × 11 cm and weighs 4.01 kg. It is screwed down through four ø8 mm holes spaced 18 × 50 mm apart. For setting into soil or concrete Norlys sells separately concrete anchor 1907, ground anchor 1908, concrete foundation adapter 1909 and mounting adapters 3081 and 3090 — one of them has to be added if the bollard is not going onto an existing hard surface. What light it gives The integrated LED module produces 828 lm, and 724 lm leaves the fitting at a consumption of 7.7 W. A Ledil SCL lens with an IESNA type II/III distribution directs the light along the path to one side of the bollard instead of spreading it all around, so the bollard goes at the edge of a path or driveway. The BUG rating B1-U1-G1 means little light to the back, upwards and into the eyes. 4000 K is a neutral white, and CRI 80 renders plants and paving without noticeable distortion. Dimming, power supply and service The fitting can be phase-dimmed, but the manufacturer specifies trailing-edge control only, so a dimmer of that type is needed. This is a protection class I fitting and needs a protective earth. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm² and allow the supply to be looped on to the next bollard, and the cable diameter can be up to 12.5 mm. IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets, and the optical assembly itself is IP67. IK08 stands for resistance to an impact of 5 J. The LED module, lens and driver are available as spare parts and are replaced by a professional service. Module lifetime is 109,000 h to a 10% drop in output (L90), and the driver is rated at 50,000 h.Mostra di più
