Skaja Wall Sconce, Oiled Oak, 1xE27, 30 cm

Name: Skaja Wall Sconce, Oiled Oak, 1xE27, 30 cm
Brand: Brinova

Brinova Skaja is a single-light wall sconce combining oiled oak parts with a white glass shade. A curved silver-coloured arm links the round wall base to the shade, whose tapered upper section ends in an open lower mouth. Visible oak grain and plain white glass give this version two distinct surfaces rather than an all-metal or all-wood appearance.Allow room for the projecting shadeThe manufacturer lists an overall height of 20 cm, width of 12 cm and length of 30 cm. Compare these measurements with both the available wall area and the space in front of it. The projecting shade should not clash with an opening cabinet door or obstruct a passage. The circular wall base measures 10 cm across, while the shade diameter is 12 cm.Wall mounting adds a light point without occupying a side table. Skaja can serve as supplementary lighting in a living room, bedroom, dining area or hallway. The same role is relevant to a study, office, hotel or restaurant: a local light at the wall, rather than a promise that one fitting will illuminate the entire room.Choose the light through the E27 fittingThe lamp has one E27 socket rated for a bulb of up to 60 W. This is a maximum permitted wattage, not a brightness figure. Light colour and output depend on the compatible light source selected. Compare colour temperature and lumens when choosing a bulb, particularly if it needs to work alongside other lighting already in the space. The white glass shade is open underneath. Consider the direction of that opening when deciding mounting height and which nearby area to illuminate. This is not a fitting with an integrated LED module and one fixed colour temperature.Oak details with a restrained silhouetteThe rounded components, visible grain and white shade suit Scandinavian, minimalist and contemporary schemes. Oiled oak refers to the wooden parts; the shade itself is white glass. Both materials therefore matter when coordinating the sconce with furniture and neighbouring fixtures, rather than matching only the colour of the wall base.Mostra di più
