Lucide MAREN ceiling spotlight 2×E14 matt gold and black 31 cm 77978/02/02

Name: Lucide MAREN ceiling spotlight 2×E14 matt gold and black 31 cm 77978/02/02
Brand: Lucide

Lucide MAREN 77978/02/02 is a two-light ceiling spotlight with matt-gold metal mesh shades and a black rectangular mounting plate. The open cages leave the bulbs visible, making their shape part of the fitting's appearance as well as their light output part of its performance. Two adjustable heads, no pendant dropThe heads rotate and tilt, so you can point them in different directions rather than aim both at the same area. Their open mesh does not enclose the light in an opaque tube. Lucide describes the distribution as diffuse light around the fitting; this is worth considering if you are looking for a sharply defined spotlight beam. The overall dimensions are 31 cm long, 14.5 cm wide and 14 cm high. The mounting plate itself measures 30 × 8 × 2.5 cm. Compare that footprint with the cable outlet and available ceiling space before ordering. There is no height-adjustable suspension: the fitting keeps its fixed height, while adjustment comes from rotating and tilting its heads.Choose the bulbs and controls separatelyTwo E14 bulbs are required, with a maximum rating of 25 W each. Neither bulb is included. The fitting is suitable for replaceable LED bulbs, allowing you to choose the light colour and output when purchasing the sources. The gold finish alone does not determine a colour temperature.Dimming requires dimmable bulbs and a compatible external dimmer, sold separately. Normal operation is through a wall switch. This is a mains-connected Class I fitting, so its installation requires an earth connection rather than relying on a plug-in lead.Visible mesh and vintage characterThe black plate and rounded gold cages give MAREN the vintage character identified by Lucide, with the lamp holders and mesh left in view. Its short ceiling-mounted format can suit a hallway, living room or kitchen where two adjustable heads are preferable to a long pendant. The actual illumination depends on the selected bulbs and room layout, not simply the number of sockets. Lucide specifies indoor use and includes installation materials with the fitting.Mostra di più
