The LED Labs Standard RGBWW 16-1032-01 LED strip combines RGB colour channels with separate warm-white LEDs. Its 5 m reel contains 300 SMD 5050 LEDs, equivalent to 60 LEDs per metre. The product photograph shows a white strip with alternating modules and connection pads.Colour lighting with a separate white channelThis RGBWW version provides colours from the RGB palette as well as warm-white light. Additional LEDs produce the white light rather than relying solely on a mixture of red, green and blue. That distinction matters when comparing it with a strip marked only RGB. The documentation for this model specifies a white-light colour temperature of 3000 K.A suitable controller is required to change colours and switch on the white light. Choose one that matches an RGBW strip and its 12 V operating voltage. A power supply alone does not provide control of all the channels. Dimming also depends on using a compatible control device.Match the supply to the installed lengthThe strip operates at 12 V and needs a power supply with the corresponding output voltage. The manufacturer's stated power is 14.4 W per metre. Supply sizing must take account of the length actually installed: a per-metre rating is not the power rating of the whole reel.Compare the 5 m reel length with your proposed lighting run before ordering. The spacing of the LEDs and the way they are covered also affect the appearance of the installation. This strip is not a complete luminaire with a diffuser.Decorative interior lightingThe manufacturer identifies decorative use in homes, shops and restaurants. Colour channels and warm white offer different settings within the same installation. Its IP20 rating does not provide water protection, so it should not be treated as a waterproof version.
