Thanks to the robust die-cast aluminium construction, it offers long-lasting protection against bumps and scrapes. The polyester powder-coated finish provides an extra barrier against corrosion and wear. As this type of paint is UV-resistant and won't peel off, it can deal with the elements. A removable lid gives you full access inside, meaning the installation and servicing of components is a doddle. Lap-joint construction means the box and lid fit together to achieve an IP54 rating. This indicates limited dust can get in and water splashes are shut out. The lid screws down, ensuring your kit is secure.
