Halston is a wall light by Alora Mood, imported by Elstead Lighting: a round backplate and arm in brushed gold steel carrying a conical cased opal glass shade that points downward. How much wall it takes The fitting is 22.2 cm high and 20.3 cm wide, and it projects 21.8 cm from the wall — about as far out as it is across. In a narrow hallway that projection is the figure to compare with the width of the passage. The round backplate is 11.5 cm across and 2.5 cm deep, so it covers a standard installation box. The cone is open at the bottom, so the light falls in a concentrated pool downward rather than across the whole wall.
