CARTANAL Luces Exclusivas surface-mounted tube spotlight GU10 black 20 cm LE61435
CARTANAL is a surface-mounted ceiling luminaire shaped as a plain aluminium tube, 6 cm in diameter and 20 cm long, finished in matt black. The tube is closed at the top and fixed straight to the ceiling, and light leaves it only through the bottom opening. The body is rigid, so the luminaire points vertically downwards. How much room it takes below the ceiling The luminaire projects 20 cm below the ceiling line and measures 6 cm across — the first figure is the one to compare with your room height and with whatever sits directly beneath the tube. Mounting is on the surface: no opening is cut in the ceiling and the fitting is screwed to the finished face, which also makes it usable where there is no void above the ceiling for a recessed fitting. The CARTANAL series offers the same tube in a 10 cm length and in white, so several of them in different lengths can be lined up in one run. What light it gives The fitting takes one GU10 lamp rated up to 10 W, on a 230 V supply. No lamp is included, so you choose the colour of the light and its brightness when you buy the bulb — in living spaces 2700–3000 K, that is warm light, is the usual pick. The aluminium body is opaque along its whole length, so all the light leaves through the 6 cm opening at the bottom and forms a defined pool under the tube rather than spreading sideways. This is accent lighting for a worktop, a shelf, a picture or a section of wall, not for a whole room. Build The body is aluminium throughout, painted a single matt black, with no ornament and no visible joints — a plain, modern geometric form. A matt surface does not throw the pinpoint reflections that show up on polished metal against the light.Mostra di più
