BISCUIT 130 is a pendant lamp shaped as a 131 cm aluminium bar whose lower edge is not straight: a row of semicircular scallops is cut into it, like the rim of a biscuit. The body is powder-coated in a matt peach shade, and the bar hangs on transparent cables under a black rectangular ceiling rose.Dimensions and suspensionThe bar measures 131 cm long, 13 cm wide and 6.5 cm high — a figure to compare with the length of your own table top, because over a table the fitting should be shorter than the top. The ceiling rose measures 23 × 5.5 × 3 cm and covers a standard installation box.Maximum drop is 200 cm and is shortened during installation; over a dining table the lower edge is usually set 70–80 cm above the top. The fitting weighs 2.2 kg. The manufacturer declares protection class I, so the connection needs a circuit with an earth conductor — something to check before mounting rather than after.How much light it givesThe source is an LED strip hidden deep in the aluminium profile behind the scalloped edge: looking at the bar from the side you see no glowing point, and the light falls downwards evenly along its whole length. The strip is built in permanently — there is no socket and no bulb to replace — and it draws 16 W.3000 K is warm white, clearly warmer than daylight. Colour rendering reaches Ra 93 against the 80 usual in domestic lighting: the colours of food, wood and fabric look almost as they do by day, which is exactly what counts over a table and over a worktop.Control is ordered with the lampIn its standard form the fitting gives one fixed brightness. The manufacturer also builds it in controlled versions — with a remote, an app, in a DALI system or with PUSH DIMM — but these are production variants specified at the time of ordering, not equipment that can be added later.Build and collectionThe bar is made of aluminium, produced in Poland and covered by a five-year warranty.
