BANAC Luces Exclusivas Table Lamp LE43426
The BANAC LE43426 is a small metal table lamp in matt black. A curved arm rises from a round base, and a tilted dome shade with a gold-painted interior sits at the end of it. How much room it takes The base is 13 cm across and 2.5 cm thick, which is the footprint it occupies on a worktop, a bedside table or a windowsill. The shade, 15 cm across and 12 cm tall, does not sit above the base: the curve of the arm carries it forward, so the light falls beside the lamp onto the surface in front of it. Which bulb to buy The fitting takes one E14 bulb and runs on 230 V. No bulb is supplied. The manufacturer gives a maximum bulb rating of 5 W, and that is a real constraint: an ordinary 40 W E14 candle bulb is out, and in practice only LED sources fit under the limit. You choose the colour of the light yourself — a reading lamp is usually fitted with 2700–3000 K, which is warm, slightly yellow light. Finish and the direction of the light Base, arm and shade are metal, painted black in a matt finish with no gloss. The inside of the shade is gold: light reflected off it reads warmer than light bounced off a white surface. The shade is opaque and open on one side only, so the beam goes down and forward rather than onto the walls. The form is modern and undecorated — the curve of the tube, the flat disc of the base and a plain dome. With the five-watt limit this is local lighting: for reading and for working at one spot, not for lighting a room. The manufacturer runs BANAC as a family: besides this table lamp it holds the wall version LE43425 and the floor version LE43427 in the same finish.Mostra di più
