Argon SATELITE 841 Wall Light, Chrome and Graphite Glass, 2×E27, IP44

Name: Argon SATELITE 841 Wall Light, Chrome and Graphite Glass, 2×E27, IP44
Brand: ARGON

Argon SATELITE 841 is a two-light wall fitting with spherical graphite-glass shades and a chrome-plated steel frame. The bulbs remain visible through the smoky glass, so their shape contributes to the appearance of the fitting. Two short arms project from a long rectangular wall plate, contrasting straight metal lines with the rounded shades.A horizontal fitting measuring 50 cm acrossThe overall width is 50 cm and the height is 19 cm, with a projection of 23 cm from the wall. Before positioning it above a mirror or along a hallway wall, compare these measurements with the mirror width, nearby cabinets and the space required for doors to open. The projection matters as much as the width when the fitting is next to a circulation route. The combination of polished chrome and glossy graphite glass suits modern and glamour interiors. It can supplement lighting in a living room, bedroom or dining room, while the horizontal arrangement also offers an alternative to separate lights beside a mirror. Its IP44 rating permits consideration for a bathroom, provided the chosen position complies with the applicable electrical installation requirements. It is an indoor fitting, not an outdoor wall light.Choose bulbs that fit inside the shadesBulbs are purchased separately. The instructions specify two E27 LED bulbs, each rated at no more than 15 W, with a maximum diameter of 50 mm and maximum length of 105 mm. A matching cap alone is therefore not enough: the bulb must fit beneath the glass shade. Colour temperature and stated light output depend on the bulbs selected, rather than a preset light specification for the fitting.Connection and optional separate switchingSATELITE 841 connects to a 230 V supply and requires a protective earth as a Class I fitting. The manufacturer offers modification for 1+1 switching. Independent operation of the two light points should not be assumed to be standard; arrange the required configuration before ordering and preparing the electrical connection.Show more
