Name: Outdoor Up/Down Wall Light V-TAC VT-120112-W 10W LED 1250lm CCT 3in1 IP65 White
Brand: Bowi

Voss 780 is an outdoor wall light shaped as a rectangular box of powder-coated die-cast aluminium in an aluminium finish. Clear safety glass closes the light opening, and a silicone gasket and EPDM cable gland seal the housing. Instead of an LED module it has a G12 lampholder for a 70 W metal-halide lamp. Size and wall mounting The front is 16 cm wide and 18 cm high, and the fitting projects 27 cm from the wall — compare that with the space by the door or under the eaves where it will hang. It is fixed with two screws through ø7 mm holes spaced 100 × 80 mm. The supply cable, 7–10.5 mm in diameter, passes through the gasket; Norlys specifies that the gasket is pierced only with the cable itself, as damage from a tool breaks the seal. The terminals take wires up to 3 × 2.5 mm² and allow the supply to be looped on to the next fitting. Light source and direction The luminaire takes a 70 W G12 metal-halide lamp with a flux of about 7,800 lm. Such a lamp reaches full brightness only a few minutes after switching on, so the fitting suits all-evening lighting rather than a motion sensor. A wide 62° beam falls downwards and a narrow streak of light rises up the wall. The lampholder can be shifted with an adjusting screw to change the beam. The lamp should be replaced by a qualified person, with the power switched off. Where it fits IP54 means protection against dust and splashing water from any direction, so the light can hang on an exterior wall without a canopy, while IK06 rates its impact resistance. It is a protection class I luminaire and needs a protective earth connection. Norlys designed it for lighting walls and facades — including hotel and restaurant entrances. The plain, smooth body without ornament suits modern, minimalist architecture.Show more
