Name: s.luce Ranya LED pendant light 160 cm, aluminium finish and smoked glass, 42 W 2700 K, with remote
Brand: s.luce

s.luce Ranya in variant 190246 pairs a horizontal body in an aluminium finish with a smoked-glass cover. This 160 cm LED pendant sends light both downwards and upwards. Its slender glass cylinder leaves the inner metal body visible rather than concealing it behind an opaque shade.Planning the 160 cm spanCompare the length of the light with your tabletop before deciding where to position the suspension. The glass body is 7 cm in diameter, making its horizontal span much greater than its width. Running the pendant along a dining table, kitchen island or desk follows this elongated form. The manufacturer also identifies living areas and home offices as suitable applications. You can set the suspension height during installation by shortening the cables. Decide on the distance above the tabletop and consider seated sightlines before cutting them. This installation adjustment should not be confused with a lifting mechanism for moving the light up and down during everyday use.Separate control of upward and downward lightThe included LED light source has a power rating of 42 W and a colour temperature of 2700 K, giving warm-white light. The manufacturer specifies a luminous flux of 2500 lm. Downward light is directed towards the surface below the pendant, while upward light reaches towards the ceiling. Both directions matter when planning its position, not just the area of the table. The supplied remote control lets you switch and dim the upper and lower light separately. Their brightness does not have to change together, so you can choose how to use the two directions independently. The light source is already included; this version does not require selecting a separate E27 or E14 bulb.Brushed metal within smoked glassThe brushed metal finish and tinted cylindrical cover give the fitting a modern, minimalist appearance. Smoked glass is a defining feature of this variant, not another name for clear glass. Series photographs also show other finishes and arrangements containing several lights. This listing concerns Ranya in the 160 cm aluminium/smoke version. Check the finish and length of any additional fittings individually when planning a larger arrangement.Show more
