s.luce Belluna 3-Light Pendant, Clear Glass, E27, 160 cm Canopy, Ø 24 cm Shades

Name: s.luce Belluna 3-Light Pendant, Clear Glass, E27, 160 cm Canopy, Ø 24 cm Shades
Brand: s.luce

The s.luce Belluna pendant 193963 hangs three matching spheres of clear glass from a 160 cm metal canopy. Each shade is 24 cm in diameter and 45 cm high. This is the clear version, not smoke and not cognac, and the light runs in a line over the surface rather than from a branched chandelier. A 160 cm bar over the table or island The canopy length matters more here than the diameter of one sphere. Three shades spread light along the furniture instead of leaving it in a single pool at the centre. Compare 160 cm with the table, counter or island at home before you buy: the bar should sit within the top. The manufacturer points this fitting at medium dining tables, counters and kitchen islands. The cables are 150 cm. The product card says that length suits standard room heights up to about 320 cm. The arms do not pivot, so the layout stays straight and symmetrical. You cannot aim the shades to the side. The light source is a separate purchase Each shade has an E27 socket. No bulb is included, so you choose the colour and output of the source yourself. This variant’s card lists 40 W, 230 V and protection class I. Dimming works only with a suitable light source; the fitting has no built-in dimmer. IP20 rules out a bathroom, outdoor use and any place exposed to splashing. Clear glass with an opal centre The glass is mouth-blown. Inside each sphere sits an opal element that spreads the light and limits glare. Through the clear glass that element stays visible, so the shade does not read as a solid milky ball. On the manufacturer’s photograph of version 193963 the canopy is a black rectangle and the cables are thin. Small differences in the glass surface come from hand blowing. A spare, modern line A plain bar and repeated spheres carry no ornament. The Belluna series also includes other glass colours and a mix of 14 cm and 24 cm diameters, but this record is only the clear 24 cm variant, number 193963, EAN 4064782972944. Smoke glass or two shade sizes belong to another item in the same family.Show more
