Outdoor ceiling light Rendl Sonny R10382 anthracite 2×E27 15 W IP54 27.5 cm

Name: Outdoor ceiling light Rendl Sonny R10382 anthracite 2×E27 15 W IP54 27.5 cm
Brand: Rendl light studio

Sonny R10382 is an anthracite outdoor ceiling light from Rendl Light Studio. The photograph shows a low round housing: a dark ring, a frosted diffuser and small screws on the side of the ring. Rendl calls it an outdoor ceiling light, so it mounts to a ceiling, not a wall. This is the anthracite variant, code R10382, EAN 8595685402154. The silver-grey Sonny is code R10383. 27.5 cm across and only 7.5 cm high Diameter is 27.5 cm, height is 7.5 cm and net weight is 1.1 kg. The body sits against the ceiling, so under a canopy the figure that matters is this height, not a drop length. Compare 7.5 cm with the free space under the soffit, and the 27.5 cm circle with the board or box it will be fixed to. Two E27 sockets, sources sold separately There are two E27 sockets for 230 V. No source is included and no transformer is included. The 2×15 W marking is a 15 W limit on each socket, not the power of a built-in LED. Colour and brightness come from two sources bought separately. Compare the length of the chosen bulb with the 7.5 cm housing, not with the name of an equivalence class. Rendl lists code G13026 as a recommended source sold separately: a frosted Osram Retrofit Classic A LED bulb, E27, 2700 K, equivalent to a traditional 60 W lamp. That source's name also says the bulb itself is dimmable. Sonny needs two of them. No dimmer is specified in the ceiling light, so dimming depends on the source and the switch, not on a function of the fitting. IP54 means splashes, not immersion IP54 means limited dust ingress and protection against water splashes from any direction, not immersion and not a hose jet. Sonny is a ceiling light for a terrace, balcony or gazebo. It is not a ground light, a pool light or a facade bracket. A 27.5 cm diameter lights the area beneath it and does not replace a garden lantern or a path bollard. A plain drum The diffuser is frosted and round, the housing anthracite, with no arms and no visible decoration. Anthracite is the visible colour of the ring. Luminous flux and colour temperature are set by the E27 source you choose, not by the housing.Show more
