Norlys ASKER Small Pro 1720GR LED Outdoor Wall Light, Graphite RAL 7016, 8.4 W, 3000 K

Name: Norlys ASKER Small Pro 1720GR LED Outdoor Wall Light, Graphite RAL 7016, 8.4 W, 3000 K
Brand: NORLYS

The ASKER Small Pro 1720GR is a Norlys LED outdoor wall light shaped as a plain rectangular box in cast aluminium, powder-coated graphite RAL 7016. It lights in two directions — through clear diffusers in its top and bottom faces — so it draws a band of light on the facade above and below itself. Size and installation The fitting is 22.5 cm wide and 11 cm tall and projects 8.5 cm from the wall. It fixes through two ø4.5 mm holes spaced 180 × 60 mm. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm², the EPDM gland takes round cable of 7–10.5 mm, and the supply can be looped on to the next fitting (up to 3 × 1.5 mm²). The inrush current is 1.65 A / 16.5 µs, and Norlys states that up to 157 of these fittings can run on one B 10A circuit breaker, so even a long row along a facade does not need splitting into circuits for that reason. It is a protection class I luminaire and must be connected to the protective earth. What light it gives Two Philips Fortimo LED modules give 3000 K warm white light at CRI 80. The LEDs generate 1128 lm and 798 lm leave the fitting at 8.4 W, which is 95 lm/W. The light spreads equally up and down, which is why Norlys intends it for lighting walls and facades rather than the ground in front of an entrance. It is phase-dimmable, only with a trailing-edge (RC) dimmer; the Philips Xitanium driver is built in. Durability and servicing The clear textured polycarbonate diffusers are UV-stabilised and a silicone gasket gives IP65, so the light can be mounted on an uncovered wall; impact resistance is IK08. The LED module and driver are replaced by a professional service. Norlys rates the LEDs at L80B20 over 72,000 h and L90B10 over 64,000 h, and the driver at 50,000 h. The same model is also available in light grey, white and black, and in Norlys palette colours to order.Show more
