Mantra FIJI 7224 38° reflector optic for 40 W, 075I-L, chrome

Name: Mantra FIJI 7224 38° reflector optic for 40 W, 075I-L, chrome
Brand: Mantra

Mantra FIJI 7224 is a reflector optic with a 38° beam angle, identified by the manufacturer as 075I-L. It belongs to the FIJI 40 W version rather than being a standalone 40 W light. The specified finish is chrome, with glass and bronze listed in the manufacturer's material data.Choosing the beam angleThe 38° figure describes the spread of the light beam, not the rotation range of a spotlight head. Mantra's comparison chart places the 7224 optic alongside the 15° version 7222 and the 24° version 7223 for 40 W fittings. It is the widest of these three options. At the same distance from the illuminated surface, a wider angle covers a larger area; it does not mean that the fitting produces more lumens.Match the fitting, not just the appearanceThe component measures 7.5 cm in diameter and 4.1 cm in height, with a net weight of 0.2 kg. Check the FIJI 40 W designation and optic code 075I-L when selecting it. A similar-looking spotlight or a matching diameter alone does not establish compatibility. The FIJI family also contains optics for other wattage versions, so the family name is not sufficient identification. This listing concerns the optical component. Check the documentation of the corresponding fitting for light colour, power supply and control requirements rather than attributing those properties to the optic itself.Show more
