LUMINES MONO plaster-in LED profile, black lacquered, 2.02 m

Name: LUMINES MONO plaster-in LED profile, black lacquered, 2.02 m
Brand: Lumines

LUMINES MONO 10-0685-20 is an aluminium LED profile designed to be plastered into a plasterboard construction. This version is 2.02 m long and has a black lacquered finish. Perforated wings run along both sides of the channel and become part of the finished wall or ceiling.Plan the light line with the plasterboardMONO fits between plasterboard panels rather than on top of a completed surface. The manufacturer specifies fixing with screws or filler, followed by covering the side wings as the surface is finished. Areas intended for filling are left unlacquered, so the black coating deliberately does not cover every surface of the extrusion. The section is 14.8 mm high and 41.7 mm wide including its wings. These overall dimensions matter when planning the space in the construction; the LED channel alone does not describe the installation footprint. This is a component for an integrated light line, not a complete light fitting to attach to an already finished wall.Match the LED strip and MONO componentsThe channel accepts an LED strip up to 12 mm wide. Compatible components include BASIC covers and MONO end caps. Dedicated connectors allow sections to be joined and a light line to continue from a wall onto a ceiling. The power supply sits outside the profile, so its location must also be allowed for in the lighting plan.Light colour, brightness and control depend on the selected strip and electrical installation, not on the profile's black finish. Check strip width and the cover and end-cap system when assembling the installation. Photographs of completed lighting illustrate how MONO can be used; they do not define the contents supplied with this item.A restrained architectural detailThe straight channel and concealed mounting wings suit modern, minimalist interiors. MONO can be incorporated into plasterboard surfaces in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and circulation areas. Whether the finished line serves decorative or general lighting depends on the LED source and project design. The profile itself does not establish the amount of light available.Show more
