Max Light Multi F P0258 white pendant light, 18 cm, 5 W LED
The Max Light Multi F P0258 is a single white pendant with an opal-glass shade. Two rounded cylindrical sections give the shade a stepped outline, suspended on a slender cord below a small ceiling canopy. Its metal and milky glass construction keeps the shape simple, without an exposed bulb forming part of the design.Check the drop as well as the shade size The shade measures 18 cm across and 16 cm high. The maximum overall height is 120 cm: this is the height of the complete hanging fitting, not of the glass alone. Compare it with your ceiling height and the position of any table or furniture underneath. The ceiling canopy is 10 cm in diameter and 5.5 cm high, dimensions worth checking against the space around your ceiling connection.A built-in light source, supplied with the fitting The included LED uses 5 W and is rated at 340 lm, with a warm-white colour temperature of 3000 K. There is no separate E27 or E14 bulb to select. The manufacturer identifies the light source as non-replaceable, which is an important distinction from a pendant that accepts an ordinary screw-in bulb. The fitting is specified for a 230 V supply. Use the 340 lm figure when planning the lighting rather than assuming that one small pendant will illuminate an entire living room or a large worktop. It can form a supplementary point of light within a wider scheme; the number and placement of fittings should follow the actual space and lighting requirement.Where its restrained shape makes sense Consider it above a smaller table, in a group over a kitchen island, or beside a bed instead of a lamp occupying the bedside surface. Check the hanging clearance in each location. The white finish, rounded glass and minimal metal detailing suit modern and minimalist interiors, with the stepped shade providing the visual interest instead of decorative arms or a visible filament.Show more
