Rendl ALVIS/RIDICK R14501 floor lamp – bamboo, black shade with gold interior

Name: Rendl ALVIS/RIDICK R14501 floor lamp – bamboo, black shade with gold interior
Brand: Rendl light studio

The Rendl ALVIS/RIDICK R14501 pairs a bamboo tripod with a glossy black foil shade and a gold-coloured interior. Black fittings on the stand distinguish this version from the alternative with chrome details. Its open base keeps the three legs and the cable visible rather than enclosing them in a solid pedestal.Adjustable height and a three-legged footprintThe manufacturer's drawing gives a height adjustment range of 102 to 145.5 cm. Compare the shade position with your armchair back, sofa or nearby cabinet when deciding how to arrange it. The shade itself measures 44.5 cm in diameter and 26 cm in height; its diameter is not the width of the base. The legs occupy a width of 62 cm. Allow space for the whole tripod, not just the central stem, particularly beside furniture or near a walkway. The 350 cm cable provides a measurable route to the socket. Plan that route so neither the cable nor a projecting leg crosses the path through the room.A separately chosen LED bulbThis floor lamp takes an E27 LED bulb rated at no more than 15 W. The light source is not included, so a bulb must be purchased separately. Brightness and colour temperature depend on that choice: a gold-coloured shade interior does not specify the colour temperature of the light. The replaceable bulb can also be changed later without replacing the entire fitting. The switch is on the cable. Leave it accessible when positioning the lamp instead of concealing it behind furniture. The fitting operates at 230 V.Bamboo with black and gold accentsThe plain shade and exposed bamboo tripod suit modern and Scandinavian interiors. In a living room or bedroom, it can provide supplementary lighting beside a seating area. In a study, consider it an additional room light rather than a desk task lamp with verified working-light performance. The visible combination of natural-toned legs and a glossy dark shade is the defining feature of this particular version.Show more
