The Rendl HIDE SQ outdoor wall lamp, code R12560, is a square wall luminaire with an anthracite-grey frame and a white cubic shade. The top plate overhangs the shade like a small canopy, so light leaves mainly forward and downward while the body stays visually quiet on the façade. Rendl lists 16 cm height and 19 cm length (projection from the wall); the square face is 16 cm wide. Net weight is 1.11 kg. The size fits a narrow pier, a door reveal or a short stretch of wall where a garden lantern would be oversized. Light source and wiring The fitting takes one replaceable LED lamp in an E27 socket. The lamp is not included — you choose colour, output and beam with the bulb. Maximum rating is 15 W on 230 V; no transformer is required or supplied. With a dimmable E27 lamp and a compatible dimmer you can vary intensity. We do not quote luminaire lumens or CCT because both depend on the lamp you fit. It is not an IP65 seal for a fully exposed wall in driving rain: under an eave, in a recess, on a covered terrace, on a balcony or beside a door the rating matches the intended use. The opal shade reduces glare, so light at a handle or gate stays readable rather than harsh. terrace and covered outdoor sitting areas, entrance, door and a façade bay, balcony and routes along the building, including hotel entrances. Form The angular anthracite frame and white shade cube read as modern and minimal, without ornament. The visible screw on the frame belongs to the wall plate.
