Testo testo 205 starter set - pH/temperature measuring instrument for semi-solid media
The testo 205 is a robust food penetration measuring instrument for temperature and pH values with automatic temperature compensation. The robust piercing measuring tip is exchangeable and, thanks to the perforated diaphragm, insensitive to contamination. The device is particularly suitable for pH measurement in semi-solid media such as meat. The storage cap filled with electrolyte gel is used to store the probe between measurements.
