SHARE recessed luminaire DL051-01-GU10-RD-W Maytoni

Name: SHARE recessed luminaire DL051-01-GU10-RD-W Maytoni
Brand: Maytoni

Maytoni Share DL051-01-GU10-RD-W is a white, round recessed fitting designed for a plaster-in finish. Its recessed opening remains visible without a broad decorative rim. The body combines aluminium and plastic and accommodates one replaceable GU10 light source.Allow for the installation, not just the openingThe side mounting wings form part of the plaster-in construction, so this fitting needs to be considered before the ceiling surface is finished. It is not simply a matter of choosing a spotlight to fill an existing hole. When renovating, check that the proposed ceiling construction supports this installation method as well as the appearance you want. The required cut-out diameter is 93 mm, and the installation depth including the lamp is 133 mm. The fitting body itself is 55 mm high; that figure must not be mistaken for the total space needed above the ceiling. The overall 140 mm dimension includes the mounting components, while the drawing also identifies a 75 mm inner opening. Compare each of these measurements with the ceiling construction and available clearance before cutting.Choose the GU10 for the light you needThis version takes one GU10 lamp rated up to 10 W and is designed for a 220–240 V supply. Colour temperature, brightness and beam angle depend on the selected lamp rather than the white finish of the fitting. A replaceable source lets you change those characteristics later without choosing a different fitting. Maytoni lists this version as non-dimmable, so it should not be treated as a ready-made solution for a dimmer-controlled circuit.A recessed detail rather than a projecting shadeThe circular recess suits modern, modernist and minimalist interiors where the ceiling line is part of the design. Consider it within a lighting plan for living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms or circulation areas, as well as hotel and restaurant interiors. The number and spacing of fittings must suit the room and the chosen GU10; the arrangement in a lifestyle photograph is not a lighting plan for your own space.Show more
