YUKI 6025-55 is a ceiling light built from two overlapping silver rings and a round starry-sky disc sitting behind them. The whole fitting covers 66,8 × 50 cm of ceiling and stands 5 cm off it. What lights up and what switches separately Three LED modules work inside: one of 8,6 W in the starry disc and two of 16 W in the rings. The manufacturer wired them into three independent zones, so the remote can turn on the rings alone, the stars alone or everything together — the fitting therefore serves both as full room lighting and as decoration on its own once the main light is off. At 5 cm deep it sits flat against the ceiling, and its 66,8 cm length is the figure to compare against the free space left between the fitting and the walls. It weighs 2,6 kg. How much light actually reaches the room The LED modules carry 4920 lumens of raw output, but 3500 lumens leave the fitting once the diffusers and covers are accounted for. That second figure is the one that says how much light reaches the room — roughly four old 60 W bulbs, enough as the main light for a room of about fifteen square metres. The whole fitting draws 48 W. Colour temperature adjusts steadily from 2700 K, a warm yellowish white, up to 5000 K, a cool white close to daylight. Brightness works the same way: both controls run only from the supplied infrared remote, and a memory function restores the last setting even after the fitting has been disconnected from the mains. The remote also carries a timer and a night-light mode. Installation and build The light sources are built in permanently — there is no socket and no lamp to change. The fitting connects directly to 230 V and works in protection class II, so no earth conductor is needed in the connection box. The manufacturer lists YUKI among its indoor luminaires and intends it for the living room, the bedroom and a child's room. Rings and disc are finished in silver with no ornament — the whole decorative effect comes from the star pattern on the disc, which only appears once that zone is switched on.Show more
