Name: Lysfjord 6402AL outdoor wall light, light grey RAL 9006, LED 26.5 W 3000 K, 60° up and 4° down, DALI2 – NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

The Lysfjord 6402AL is an outdoor wall light shaped as a 15 cm diameter cylinder on a rectangular wall bracket. The cast aluminium housing is powder-coated light grey (RAL 9006), and both ends of the cylinder are closed with optical safety glass. It shines up and down at the same time, but differently on each side. How it distributes light A wide 60° beam leaves at the top and a narrow beam of only 4° at the bottom. Almost all of the light goes upwards – ULOR is 96% – so the fitting washes the wall above it with a broad beam and draws a thin line of light downwards. It is a fitting for picking out a facade and the rhythm of its piers, not for lighting the path below. Two LED modules at 26.5 W give 3000 K warm white light with CRI 80. The driver works on DALI2 and supports NightDim (4DIM); it leaves the factory programmed to maximum current, and Norlys sets other parameters by arrangement with its sales department. Dimming needs a DALI controller. Size and installation The fitting is 43 cm high and projects 20 cm from the wall. It weighs 6.73 kg, which matters when choosing wall plugs. It is fixed through two ø5 mm holes at 73 × 154 mm; mounting adapter 3080GA0009 is sold separately. The terminals take conductors up to 5 × 2.5 mm², or 5 × 1.5 mm² when looping through, with a 7–10.5 mm cable. Inrush current is high (26 A), so Norlys allows only 18 fittings on a B10A breaker and 28 on a B16A – something to plan for when splitting a long facade run into circuits. It is protection class I, with an earth conductor. Build and service IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets, and IK08 means resistance to an impact of 5 joules. A silicone gasket and an EPDM cable gland keep it sealed. Norlys rates the LEDs at over 52,600 hours (L90) and the driver at 100,000 hours. The modules and the driver are replaced by a professional service, and a diffuser service kit, 06645000, is also available. The fitting is intended for facades, including hotels and restaurants. The plain cylinder without ornament suits a modern style.Show more
