Lucide Tyler Gold Bathroom Ceiling Light G9 IP44 30164/01/02

Name: Lucide Tyler Gold Bathroom Ceiling Light G9 IP44 30164/01/02
Brand: Lucide

Lucide TYLER 30164/01/02 pairs a smoke-grey glass shade with a steel ceiling plate finished in matt gold. The rounded shade widens towards its lower edge, leaving the fitted bulb visible through the tinted glass. Its compact form and contrast between gold and smoked glass give this bathroom ceiling light a restrained retro character.A fixed, compact ceiling fittingTYLER measures 16.1 cm across and projects 16.8 cm below the ceiling. The round mounting plate has a diameter of 10 cm, a useful measurement when checking the position of your wiring outlet or marks left by a previous fitting. There is no pendant cable or height adjustment: the stated height is the installed profile, rather than an adjustable suspension length. The small footprint also makes it an option for a hallway or corridor, or a supplementary ceiling light in a bedroom. Size alone does not establish how much of a room it will illuminate. That decision depends on the bulb you select and the layout around the fitting.Choose the G9 bulb separatelyA single G9 socket accepts a light source rated up to 33 W. No bulb is supplied, and the fitting is suitable for a replaceable LED bulb. You can therefore choose the colour temperature and light output for your scheme instead of assuming that the illuminated photograph represents included equipment. The light spreads around the fitting rather than forming an adjustable spotlight beam. Dimming requires both a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer; the dimmer is not included. The 33 W figure is the socket's maximum permitted bulb rating, not a fixed consumption figure for the lamp.Bathroom installation and limitsLucide specifies bathroom use and IP44 protection for this variant. Select its location according to the bathroom zones shown in the manual, not simply by placing it anywhere near a bath or shower. This mains-powered, class I fitting requires an earth connection and installation by a qualified electrician with the power isolated. Installation materials are included. The bathroom designation is not an outdoor-use declaration.Show more
