Lamppost 3010BD is a Norlys lighting pole cast from aluminium in a gold patina finish, which the manufacturer labels as black and gold (BLACK/GOLD). A slender, profiled shaft rises from a base that widens towards the ground and carries decorative panels, and it ends in a 50 mm spigot onto which the luminaire is fitted. Norlys sells the ground fixings separately — an anchor for setting in concrete (305ZX0009), a ground anchor (306ZX0009) or a concrete foundation (7668ZX0009). The base bolts to the anchor through three 10.5 mm holes spaced at 120°.Power connectionAn inspection door in the shaft gives access to terminals for conductors up to 4 × 2.5 mm². The same terminals let you loop the supply on to the next luminaire, so several poles along a path can run from a single cable line. The cable needs a round sheath between 7 and 12.5 mm in diameter — compare this with the cable you plan to lay in the ground.Finish and intended useThe aluminium casting is powder coated. The profiled shaft with its collar and the panelled base follow the form of a classic English street lantern, which Norlys also offers in black, white and in copper, green and silver patina.The manufacturer intends the pole for gardens, private grounds, squares, parks and public areas, including outdoor bathing areas.
