Norlys Astrid 2226CS rust-brown LED bollard 85 cm 4000 K

Name: Norlys Astrid 2226CS rust-brown LED bollard 85 cm 4000 K
Brand: NORLYS

Norlys Astrid 2226CS is an 85 cm LED bollard with vertical ribs continuing along the body and around its upper light section. The manufacturer calls this rust-brown finish Corten steel, but the body is powder-coated aluminium rather than steel. A milky PMMA diffuser sits behind the ribs.Planning its position beside a pathThe 14 × 14 cm footprint gives you a precise starting point for locating the fixing beside a garden path, terrace edge or driveway. Compare its 85 cm height with surrounding planting and structures so that the light section is not concealed. This is a permanently fixed bollard, not a portable patio lamp or a solar-powered fitting. Its straight-sided form, rounded corners and repeated vertical detailing suit modern, minimalist and Scandinavian garden schemes. The brown appearance is a painted finish, not a promise that the surface will develop a natural rust patina. That distinction matters when matching the fitting to other outdoor materials.Neutral white light and dimmingThe built-in LED provides neutral white light at 4000 K. Output from the complete luminaire is 377 lm; this must not be confused with the separately listed output of the LED module itself. The milky diffuser disperses the light, while the ribs remain a visible part of the illuminated head.Astrid consumes 14.6 W and supports TRIAC phase dimming with leading-edge or trailing-edge control. If brightness adjustment is required, choose a compatible dimmer rather than assuming that every controller will work. The specified 4000 K light colour applies to this particular version. The LED source and control gear can be replaced by a professional, rather than changed like a conventional user-replaceable bulb. Mounting screws are not included.Preparing the fixing and electrical supplyThe fitting operates on 220–240 V and is Class I. Mounting uses three 9 mm holes spaced at 120° on a 65 mm diameter circle. Norlys lists ground anchors and mounting adapters as separately sold accessories. IP65 protection and IK10 impact resistance apply to the luminaire. A qualified installer should select the fixing and carry out the electrical connection in accordance with the installation instructions.Show more
