LUMINES SWIDE PMMA FROST LED profile diffuser, frosted milky, 1 m

Name: LUMINES SWIDE PMMA FROST LED profile diffuser, frosted milky, 1 m
Brand: Lumines

LUMINES SWIDE PMMA FROST is a one-metre LED profile diffuser from the SUPER WIDE family. Made from PMMA acrylic, the flat cover has a frosted milky finish. The close-up photograph shows its broad surface and the retaining edges along either side.Match the profile, not just its lengthLUMINES lists compatibility with LARGO, inLARGO and SORGA. When replacing an existing cover, check which of these profile systems you have before comparing section lengths. SUPER WIDE identifies the diffuser family, while article code 11-2096-10 specifies the frosted milky PMMA version in a 1 m length. The LARGO assembly drawing shows the cover being placed from the open side of the profile. This is a covering component rather than a complete light fitting. The lighting characteristics of the finished assembly also depend on its LED strip and other system components. What the transmission figure meansThe current LUMINES data sheet gives this variant a light transmission of 75%, with a stated measurement tolerance of ±5%. That figure describes the cover, not the luminous flux of a complete fitting. Its frosted milky finish is distinct from both transparent PMMA and the ordinary milky version, so the finish designation matters when ordering a replacement. The material has a specified operating temperature range of −20°C to +70°C. This does not establish a waterproof rating for the assembled lighting. Compare the one-metre section with the corresponding profile length, and assess mounting conditions and the installation location for the complete system.Show more
