GPL330H White Ceiling Light by Gea Luce

Name: GPL330H White Ceiling Light by Gea Luce
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GPL330H is a compact surface-mounted LED ceiling light with a short cylindrical aluminium body. Its satin white finish surrounds a circular downward-facing opening fitted with a methacrylate diffuser. With no decorative arms or suspended elements, the fitting uses a simple geometric shape rather than ornamental detailing.A small footprint on the ceilingThe fitting measures 9 cm in diameter and 6 cm in height. Compare these dimensions with the intended mounting position before choosing it: the cylinder stays close to the ceiling, but it is not a recessed downlight. Its plain outline suits modern and minimalist interiors, with the restrained construction providing the stylistic basis rather than white colour alone.Surface mounting and direct downward light support use in hallways and entrance areas, or as part of a living room or bedroom lighting scheme. Choose the number and spacing of fittings according to the room and the illumination required. A single compact light should not automatically be treated as a replacement for all the lighting in a room; the arrangement matters as much as the individual fitting.Warm light with on/off controlThe integrated LED module is rated at 8 W. Gea Luce specifies 601 lm luminous flux, a colour temperature of 2700 K and an 80° beam angle. This produces a warm colour appearance with light directed downwards, rather than indirect illumination of the ceiling. A CRI above 90 is a useful selection criterion where faithful rendering of the colours of objects and finishes matters.GPL330H is not dimmable and operates with on/off switching. Take this into account when planning the controls: it is not the appropriate version for an installation where a dimmer is expected to vary the brightness.Included components and installationThe LED module and transformer are included, so there is no separate bulb to select. This fitting is intended for indoor ceiling installation and a 220–240 V AC supply. The assembly instructions require installation by qualified personnel and disconnection of the mains before work. For cleaning, they specify a damp cloth with a mild detergent followed by gentle drying with a soft cloth. Keep water and cleaning agents away from the cables and electrical components.Show more
