Fabbian Faretti Rombo 10 W LED recessed light, clear – D27 F59 00

Name: Fabbian Faretti Rombo 10 W LED recessed light, clear – D27 F59 00
Brand: Fabbian

Fabbian Faretti Rombo D27F5900 is a recessed ceiling light with a clear crystal-glass diffuser. Its shaped circular rim remains visible below the ceiling, while the mounting structure sits inside the cutout. Designed by Pamio Design, it combines concentric geometry with a pronounced glass edge rather than a flat metal trim.Check the cutout and the ceiling spaceThe glass element measures 14 cm across and projects 3.2 cm below the ceiling plane. That distinction matters when comparing it with flush recessed fittings: Rombo leaves a three-dimensional detail on view. Clear means the transparent, colourless finish, not the white version offered within the same family. The fitting requires a circular cutout 10 cm in diameter. The manufacturer's drawing specifies 10.5 cm for the portion above the mounting plane. Compare these measurements with the available ceiling void before making the opening, and plan space for the power supply as well. The installation diagram shows spring retention. This is an inset fitting, not a surface-mounted ceiling lamp. The LED version and its supplyArticle D27F5900 has an included 10 W LED source, a colour temperature of 3000 K and CRI 80+. The warm light colour is a useful reference when matching several fittings within one lighting scheme. This version should not be confused with Rombo models taking replaceable GU10 or GU5.3 lamps.Fabbian specifies a supply current of 500 mA, and its instructions show connection to a driver. A current rating is not a mains-voltage rating: compatible supply equipment needs to be considered in the electrical design. The official page describes PHASE CUT dimming over 30–100%; the control arrangement must suit the chosen supply.A visible glass detailThe concentric form works within modern and modernist interiors. Rombo can be considered for living-room, dining-room, bedroom or circulation-area ceilings where a recessed installation is planned. Decide the number and spacing of fittings from the room's lighting requirements rather than the 10 W rating alone. For glass cleaning, the manufacturer's instructions rule out abrasive products and solvents.Show more
