A black ABS end cap that closes the end of the LUMINES Y LED profile. Its face carries an oval opening through which the strip's supply cable is led out. What it belongs to The cap is assigned to profile Y alone — the manufacturer ties each index to one profile, so it will not seat in a profile of another shape. Profile Y itself is intended for surface mounting inside furniture and for suspended installations. Which end it closes The with-hole version serves the end where the supply enters. The other end is closed with the blind cap — a separate article, code ABS 12-0092-01 in the same colour — so one length of profile normally takes two pieces with different codes. For profile Y, Lumines lists one code per colour with no left- and right-hand split, so the same cap fits either end of a length. The manufacturer offers the same pair of variants in aluminium as well: 12-0092-10 with the hole and 12-0092-11 blind. Fitting The cap is a push fit — two catches on its back engage the profile channel, with no screws and no adhesive. It is moulded in ABS, the same plastic as the other caps in this size.Show more
