GSO121N Black Gea Luce Pendant Light, IP40

Name: GSO121N Black Gea Luce Pendant Light, IP40
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GSO121N is a linear LED pendant designed for office lighting. Its narrow aluminium body has a satin black finish, with white opal methacrylate diffusers contrasting against the dark housing. The ceiling canopy and cable are also satin black and black respectively, keeping the suspension components visually coordinated with the fixture.Light above and below the fittingThis version emits light in both directions, upwards and downwards. It should therefore not be planned as a pendant that sends its entire output towards a desk: the surface above the fitting is part of the lighting arrangement too. The manufacturer specifies a neutral white colour temperature of 4000 K and a luminous flux of 4045 lm. These details distinguish this variant from warm white alternatives and provide a starting point for a lighting calculation. The declared glare rating is UGR <22. That is relevant when selecting office luminaires, but it does not by itself certify the conditions at every workstation. Pendant spacing, suspension height and the room layout still need to be considered together rather than treating a product rating as a complete workplace lighting design.Integrated LEDs with on/off operationThe LED modules and transformer are included, so there is no need to select screw-base bulbs for this fitting. It is non-dimmable and operates by switching on and off. If variable brightness is part of the project, choose a suitable alternative instead of buying a dimmer for this pendant. The 40 W fixture uses a 220–240 V AC supply.Connecting additional pendantsA connecting bracket is supplied for joining the pendant to another suspension. Gea Luce also offers L-shaped and T-shaped corner modules separately; those modules have one-direction light emission. Their light distribution should not be confused with the two-direction output of GSO121N.The straight profile and absence of an ornamental shade support a modern, minimalist office scheme. Consider it above workstations or an office meeting table, with placement established by the lighting design. This is an indoor fitting: its IP40 rating does not support outdoor installation.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
