NORLYS Nora 2484CB Copper Brown Outdoor Wall Light, LED 15 W 4000 K, Up and Down Light

Name: NORLYS Nora 2484CB Copper Brown Outdoor Wall Light, LED 15 W 4000 K, Up and Down Light
Brand: NORLYS

The NORLYS Nora 2484CB is a flat, square outdoor wall light 13 cm on each side that projects only 5 cm from the wall. The body is cast aluminium powder-coated in copper brown (RAL 8004), closed top and bottom by clear safety glass – the two sides the light comes out of. The maker intends it for lighting walls and facades. How it lightsTwo LED modules give 1167 lm in total at 15 W, at 4000 K, which is neutral white. The light is diffused and spreads up and down the wall, so half the flux goes above the fitting (ULOR 50%) and the facade shows two washes – one above the light and one below. The driver has a power switch from 10.9 to 15 W and leaves the factory set to 10.9 W. The 15 W and 1167 lm figures belong to the top setting, so if the light is to run at full output the switch has to be moved during installation.Dimming and installationThe fitting is phase-dimmable on both trailing edge (TE) and leading edge (LE), so it works with either type of dimmer. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm² and let the supply loop on to the next fitting (up to 3 × 1.5 mm²). Inrush current is 10 A for 13.5 µs, and the maker states how many fittings one breaker can carry: B 10 A – 37, B 16 A – 60, C 10 A – 62, C 16 A – 102. It fixes through two ø5 mm holes at 63 × 112 mm centres.Lifetime and serviceIP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets, and IK09 means high impact resistance. The fitting is protection class I, so it must be connected to the earth conductor. The LED modules keep 90% of their flux for more than 52,600 h (L90), and the maker rates the driver at 50,000 h. Both the light source and the driver are replaced by a professional service – Norlys lists service kit ZN2484XX0009 for this.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
