Asker MD1532CG LED Outdoor Wall Light with Motion Sensor Grey NORLYS

Name: Asker MD1532CG LED Outdoor Wall Light with Motion Sensor Grey NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

The Asker MD1532CG is a box-shaped outdoor wall light in cast aluminium finished in cement grey (RAL 7033). It shines downwards only and has a built-in microwave motion sensor with a dusk threshold. The fixture is 22.5 cm wide and projects 8.5 cm from the wall; its underside is closed by a clear, textured polycarbonate lens stabilised against UV.How the motion sensor worksThe sensor switches the light on when it detects movement and keeps it on for the set time — from 5 seconds to 30 minutes in eight steps. The dusk threshold can be set to 2, 10, 25 or 50 lx or switched off, and the detection range has four levels. From the factory it runs at full range, with a 5-second hold and no dusk threshold, so it needs adjusting to your entrance or driveway after installation. The manufacturer allows only this one fixture to be connected to the sensor — it does not control other lights. How much light and what kindThe integrated LED module delivers 446 lm at 9.4 W and 4000 K, a neutral white with no yellow cast; CRI 80 is enough to recognise faces and colours at the door. Light spreads hemispherically below the fixture and washes the wall downwards, while nothing goes upwards (ULOR 0%, BUG rating B0-U0-G0), so the light does not reach the sky or the windows above. The light source is not user-replaceable — the manufacturer leaves that to its service or a qualified electrician.Installation and weather resistanceThe fixture is screwed on through two ø4.5 mm holes spaced 180 × 60 mm. The supply cable must have a round sheath of 7–10.5 mm, as only that seals the EPDM gland; the terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm², and up to 3 × 1.5 mm² when looping through to power the next fixture in a run. It is protection class I, so it must be earthed. IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets, IK08 means an impact-resistant housing, and the operating range of −25 to +60 °C covers a northern winter. Asker is intended for lighting façades and building entrances.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
