Name: VESPER Wall Lamp MOD108WL-02GB Black and Gold 2xE14 32 cm Maytoni
Brand: Maytoni

VESPER MOD108WL-02GB is a wall sconce built from two metal cones set narrow end to narrow end: one opens upward, the other downward. The shades are black and matt, finished in gold on the inside, and they are joined by a gold sphere on a gold arm that comes out of a round plate at the wall. How big it is and how far it projects The fitting is 32 cm tall and projects 18 cm from the wall — the figure to compare with the width of the passage beside it, because in a narrow hallway a sconce at that depth is already something a shoulder finds. Each cone is 12 cm across at the wide end and 14.5 cm tall. The wall plate is a disc 8 cm across and 25 mm deep, so it covers a standard junction box. The sconce itself weighs 0.63 kg; the 34.5 cm carton weighs 0.87 kg. What lamps it takes and how it spreads light Both shades carry an E14 thread rated up to 40 W each. The cones are open at both ends, so one beam runs up the wall and the other down: the sconce makes two pools of light instead of one, which in a living room or over a bed means the wall is lit from two levels at once. The insides of the shades are gold, and a gold surface reflects light warmer than a white one, so the reflected part of the output carries a yellow cast. The maker states the fitting is not dimmable — brightness is set by the lamps you choose, not by a dimmer. Mounting and wiring It runs on 220-240 V at 50 Hz and is protection class I, which makes connecting an earth conductor to the terminal in the base mandatory. An older two-wire installation may not have one, and that is worth checking before buying. IP20 means dry interiors only, so the sconce is not suitable for a shower zone or for outdoors. The body, the arm and both shades are metal throughout.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
