Outdoor ceiling light NORLYS Sol 4058CS LED 19.3W 4000K Corten steel IP65

Name: Outdoor ceiling light NORLYS Sol 4058CS LED 19.3W 4000K Corten steel IP65
Brand: NORLYS

Sol 4058CS is a Norlys outdoor ceiling light shaped as a low cylinder, 20 cm in diameter and 11 cm high, mounted directly on a ceiling or soffit. The body of extruded aluminium profile and aluminium alloy is powder-coated in a corten-steel colour, and a satin, UV-stabilised polycarbonate diffuser closes it at the bottom. How much light it givesThe luminaire draws 19.3 W. Its Philips LED module produces 2400 lm and 1912 lm leaves the fitting, which is 99.1 lm per watt – enough for the light to serve as the main lighting of a covered terrace, carport or gazebo rather than just a marker light. Light goes symmetrically downwards and the upward light ratio is 0.3%, so almost nothing escapes above the fitting. The satin diffuser spreads the source, so looking up you do not see bright LED points. 4000 K is neutral white, and Ra 80 is the usual colour rendering for outdoor lighting.DALI-2 control and serviceThe LED module and driver are built in, so there is no bulb to buy. The driver works on DALI-2, a digital bus – dimming and scenes require a DALI controller in the installation. The maker also states that the fitting can run on DC 176–280 V. The module and driver are replaced by a professional service, with separate service kits from the maker. The module keeps 70% of its output for more than 50,000 h.Mounting and durabilityThe light screws on through two ø5 mm holes 100 mm apart and weighs 2.42 kg. The terminals take conductors up to 5 × 2.5 mm² and allow the supply to loop through to the next fitting with up to 1.5 mm², so several lights under one roof can run from one line. The cable should have a round sheath 7–10.5 mm in diameter, sealed by an EPDM gland. The luminaire is protection class I and must be earthed. IP65 means it is sealed against dust and water jets, and IK10 is the highest common impact rating, which matters where the fitting hangs low.Where it fitsNorlys designed Sol for gardens and private grounds. The plain cylindrical form suits modern architecture – under a terrace roof, in a gazebo or in a porch by the entrance.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
