Saylor Medium LED Wall Sconce - Elstead Matte Black

Name: Saylor Medium LED Wall Sconce - Elstead Matte Black
Brand: Elstead Lighting

The medium Saylor is an LED wall light from the American brand Hinkley: a tube of etched opal glass inside an open cage of long rods and cross bars, closed at each end by bold end caps. The finish is matte black. It is distributed by Elstead Lighting. Size and two ways to mount it The fitting is 61 cm long, 11.4 cm across the front, projects 13 cm from the wall and weighs 1.83 kg. The manufacturer allows horizontal or vertical mounting. Horizontally, compare the 61 cm with the width of the mirror or basin it will sit above; vertically it works either side of a mirror. It is a Class I fitting — it must be connected to an earth conductor. For bathrooms: IP44 IP44 means protection against splashing water from any direction, which is why the manufacturer rates Saylor for bathroom use. The catalogue also assigns it to hallways and dining rooms. How much light, and what kind The 23.5 W integrated LED gives 1220 lm — clearly more than an old 60 W bulb (about 800 lm) — so it can be the main light at a mirror. 3000 K is a warm white, and CRI 92 renders colours accurately, which matters for make-up or shaving. The etched glass spreads the light along the whole tube with no visible LED dots. The source is built in and not replaceable; the manufacturer lists it as dimmable. Style Matte black steel against white opal glass makes a strong contrast. The manufacturer calls the look nautical — the cage and end caps recall ship lights — and transitional, sitting between classic and modern.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
