Palm Cushion Cover Natural Black 50x50 cm

Name: Palm Cushion Cover Natural Black 50x50 cm
Brand: BAZAR BIZAR

Gili Palm is a decorative cushion cover of 50 x 50 cm in cotton with a coarse, hand-woven structure in natural cream white, shot through with fine golden threads. All four edges finish in fringing, and a single black palm motif sits on the front. What is in the package This is the cover alone - the manufacturer sells the inner cushion separately. Check before ordering that you have a 50 x 50 cm insert; without one the cover is a flat piece of cloth and cannot be shown off. The manufacturer gives a height of 10 cm for this article - that is how thick the cushion measures at its fullest point once filled. The cover itself weighs 300 g, so in shipping it counts as an envelope rather than as upholstery fabric. Fabric and washing The material is cotton. The weave is open and plainly visible, with uneven threads - the same texture the edge photograph shows, not a smooth decorator's fabric. The manufacturer allows hand washing only, so the cover does not go into a machine or a spin cycle. It is intended for indoor use: a terrace or balcony is out even under cover, because moisture works on a natural fibre. How it is made The cover is made in Indonesia, by hand, from natural materials. The manufacturer notes that tone, weave and shape vary slightly between pieces - order two and you get two similar cushions, not two identical ones. The fringing is the weft of the cloth carried on rather than a sewn-on trim, so the outline of the cushion is soft and irregular. The black palm on a cream ground is the only pattern on the cover; the rest of the surface stays raw fabric.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
