Outdoor Post Light SLV PHOTONIA Anthracite 90 cm IP55 232075

Name: Outdoor Post Light SLV PHOTONIA Anthracite 90 cm IP55 232075
Brand: SLV

PHOTONIA 232075 is a 90 cm tall bollard light, 15 cm in diameter, with an anthracite aluminium body. At the top, a clear glass cylinder encloses the light source under a flat, round cap. SLV designed it for lighting pathways. How it is mounted and connected The bollard stands on the ground: its round base is screwed to a firm, level surface with the screw set supplied. For unpaved ground, SLV offers the concrete anchor 232085, which is cast into concrete and sold separately. It is a protection class I luminaire for a fixed 230 V connection, so it needs a protective earth conductor. A short 20 cm H05RN-F lead leaves the bollard, and SLV requires the joint to be protected with an IP68 connection box or cable connector such as SLV 228730, also sold separately. The manual reserves installation for an electrician and says the lead must not be covered with soil. Which light source to use There is one E27 socket rated for up to 60 W. No lamp is included: SLV recommends an A60 E27 LED lamp of 7.5 W at 2700 K with CRI 90, which gives warm, slightly yellowish light with faithful colours. The glass is clear, so the lamp stays visible and its shape becomes part of how the bollard looks. Light passes through the glass cylinder all the way round rather than in one direction, so the bollard lights the path and its edges on both sides. Outdoors all year IP55 means protection against dust deposits and against water jets from any direction, so the bollard can stand uncovered in the garden in the rain. Its impact rating of IK03 (0.35 J) is low, so it is best placed where a lawnmower or a car will not catch it. SLV recommends cleaning with a damp cloth and rules out pressure washers. Among the influences that harm the finish it lists road salt, fertiliser, chemicals and air with a high salt content.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
