Name: NORLYS Namsos 1934AL Outdoor Recessed Wall Light, Light Grey RAL 9006, LED 14 W 4000 K, IP65
Brand: NORLYS

The Namsos 1934AL is an outdoor wall-recessed light with a square 22 × 22 cm front and a body 12 cm deep. The cast aluminium housing is powder-coated light grey RAL 9006, and the light leaves through a satin safety-glass diffuser, directed downwards. The source is an integrated 4000 K LED module with a built-in driver. What it is for Norlys designed it for lighting stairs and steps, stairwells and walkways. The light is diffused and falls in a downward half-sphere, and ULOR 0% means nothing shines above the fitting — it does not dazzle someone walking down the steps or light up the sky. The fitting delivers 907 lm for 14 W. 4000 K is neutral white, which shows step edges and surface texture clearly; a CRI of 80 is the usual level for outdoor lighting. Installing in a wall A masonry wall needs a 215 × 215 × 115 mm recess, and a layered wall, such as one with external insulation, a 200 × 200 × 95 mm one — compare these with the thickness of your wall or insulation layer before planning where the lights go. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm² and allow further fittings to be looped (up to 3 × 1.5 mm²), and the EPDM gland seals round cable 7–10.5 mm in diameter. It is a protection class I luminaire, so it must be connected to the protective earth, and installation is a job for a qualified electrician. Dimming, durability and servicing It can be dimmed with a phase-cut dimmer of either kind, trailing edge (TE) or leading edge (LE). IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets, and IK08 means resistance to accidental knocks, which matters for a light set low beside steps. The LED module and driver are not user-replaceable, but a professional service can replace them using service kit ZS1934zx0009. Norlys rates the module at over 102,000 hours (L80) and over 52,600 hours (L90). The plain square form, flush with the wall, is a modern design.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
