Name: Mantra USHUAIA 8717 ceiling fan with LED light white
Brand: Mantra

USHUAIA 8717 is a ceiling fan with built-in LED lighting, white throughout, designed by Nacho Timón. Three curved ABS blades come out of a cylindrical motor housing 17 cm across, with a round light unit set into its underside. The body is steel. How much room it takes under the ceiling The blades sweep a circle 133.5 cm across and the whole body drops 27.5 cm below the ceiling. There is no downrod, so the fan sits close against the slab — subtract that drop from your room height to check the headroom left. The manufacturer intends this model for rooms above 20 m². Measuring the 67 cm radius out from the mounting point in every direction shows whether the blades will meet a beam, a slope or a wardrobe. The fan weighs 4.2 kg. What the light does The LED source is included and draws 30 W. The fitting puts out 2400 lm, which is main-lighting level for a mid-sized room; the module itself is rated 3300 lm, and the difference stays inside the diffuser and housing. Colour temperature shifts across 2700–5000 K, from warm yellowish white to cool, and the light dims — both from the remote, with no wall dimmer involved. The beam leaves the fitting in a 120° cone, aimed downwards. How the fan runs The motor is a DC type rated 35 W, running at eight speeds up to 168 revolutions per minute and moving up to 180 m³ of air per minute. The manufacturer gives the noise level as 33 dB on the lowest speed and 45 dB on the highest: the first sits in the range where a fan can be left running overnight, the second is clearly audible. The rotation reverses. In summer the blades push air down; in winter they return warm air from under the ceiling without a noticeable draught. Control and installation An R00142 radio remote on 2.4 GHz comes with the fan, and the manufacturer also states app control over Bluetooth. The fitting is protection class I, so the ceiling box has to carry an earth conductor. The model is for indoor use only and also suits sloped ceilings.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
