LUMINES LED profile type aria Sky Blue lacquered 1 m

Name: LUMINES LED profile type aria Sky Blue lacquered 1 m
Brand: Lumines

aria is an aluminium LED profile from the LUMINES Design+ series, lacquered in Sky Blue (RAL 220 70 10) and supplied here in a 1 m length. The rectangular section measures 32.1 mm wide by 14.4 mm high, and the side edges are deliberately thin so that what shows after installation is the light line rather than the housing. What strip it takes and how much heat it carries away The channel is designed for two parallel 12 mm LED strips. Two strips instead of one means twice the lumens per metre, which is why aria is meant for primary lighting rather than accent light alone. The manufacturer states the maximum light-source power allowed in this profile: 24 W at a limiting surface temperature of 55°C and 34 W at 65°C. That is the limit up to which the aluminium pulls heat away from the strip, so a strip has to be checked against exactly this figure — diode life depends on the cooling. The base of this series is thickened for that reason. Mounting and joining The profile is surface-mounted or suspended, fixed with a screw, a spring, a clip or a pendant. Mounting holes are countersunk, so screw heads sit flush with the base of the profile and do not lift the strip. Lengths may be joined. Straight and angular connectors — 90°, 120°, 135° and a triple 3 x 120° — hide inside the profile structure, as do the suspension mounts, so several lengths build a closed frame with no visible joints. The aluminium end caps carry no visible screws. What you still need to buy The package holds the 1 m profile alone; Lumines also supplies aria in 2.02 m and 3 m lengths. The LED strips, the driver — which in this system sits outside the profile — the midi PC Fractal cover in opal, clear or black, the end caps, the connectors and the pendants are all bought separately. Unsealed, the profile is rated IP20, which means dry interiors; the manufacturer allows it to be sealed to IP68 as a separate build.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
