LUMINES X aluminium LED profile, anodised inox, 2.02 m

Name: LUMINES X aluminium LED profile, anodised inox, 2.02 m
Brand: Lumines

LUMINES X 10-0083-20 is a narrow aluminium channel for LED strip lighting, with an anodised inox finish. This section is 2.02 m long. Its rectangular cross-section is intended for decorative lighting along furniture and interior fittings where a broad surface-mounted channel would take up more space.Check the section and strip widthThe profile measures 12 mm wide and 8 mm high. Compare this cross-section with the space at a shelf or cabinet edge, particularly where there is little clearance above the channel. The manufacturer specifies LED strips up to 8 mm wide, so the width of the strip substrate matters as well as the length of the lighting run.Inox describes the finish on the aluminium; it does not mean that this profile is made from stainless steel. It is a distinct finish from the separate silver version in the X family. Straight sides and a lack of decorative detailing suit modern, minimalist furniture constructions.SLIM covers and X end capsThis section takes a SLIM cover fitted from above. The documentation lists transparent, frosted, milky, milky-frosted and black PMMA versions, alongside LENS 15. Select the cover together with the LED strip, because the aluminium channel itself determines neither light colour nor brightness. It is a system component rather than a complete working light fitting.X end caps are available with a cable opening or without one. For the inox finish, the manufacturer identifies 12-0083-00 and 12-0083-01. These references help distinguish the cable-entry end from a closed end while matching the finish of this particular section.Mounting and power-supply planningThe system supports surface mounting, including mounting tape or X clips, and suspended arrangements using suitable accessories. It is intended for decorative lighting in furniture and interior finishes, such as runs along shelves, cabinets or wardrobe fittings. The power supply sits outside the profile, so allow space for it and plan the cable route separately. The protection rating depends on the components used in the assembled system; the bare aluminium channel does not establish that the completed installation is watertight.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
