FRAVELA Solar Bollard Light Black 90 cm with Motion Sensor Luces Exclusivas LE75125
FRAVELA is a solar garden bollard 90 cm tall: a slim black tube finished with a flat head 17 cm across. The solar panel sits on the top face of that head, the light leaves from under its rim, and the eye of the motion sensor is visible on the shaft. How it is installed and what you do not have to run to it A plastic spike is supplied and is pushed straight into the ground, so the bollard stands in a lawn or a border with no footing. There is no supply to run at all: the panel in the head charges the built-in battery and the circuit works at 5 V, so there is neither cable nor junction box. On a paved surface the spike has nothing to hold, because the anchoring is meant for soft ground. At 90 cm the head sits at roughly worktop height, which is above most perennials along a path. Three operating modes The mode is chosen with a switch on the shaft. The manufacturer provides three settings: "Motion" — the lamp only goes to full output when movement is detected; "Solar" — it runs at full output all night; and a multi-function mode — 15% output through the night and 100% at the moment motion is detected. At full output the manufacturer gives 6 hours of running time, and at 15% it gives 350 hours. That is why the multi-function mode is the one that lasts a whole night: at 15% the reserve covers many nights, and full output cuts in only briefly. A full charge takes 11 to 13 hours, a figure worth comparing with the length of a sunny day where the bollard will stand. How much light it gives The source is a built-in LED of 1 W and 69 lm at 3000 K, that is warm white. This is an amount of light that marks the line of a path rather than lighting it: FRAVELA shows where the lawn edge runs and does not replace a facade luminaire. The LED cannot be changed, being sealed into the head. The body combines aluminium with plastic in a matt black finish, and the IP54 rating means protection against splashing water from any direction, so the bollard stays outdoors unsheltered. The light cannot be dimmed beyond what the mode switch sets.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
