Brand: Aldex

Aldex Ball Chrome S 1076B4_S is a compact table lamp combining a milky glass globe with a chrome-finished metal base. The 14 cm globe sits immediately above a low, circular plinth, bringing the overall height to 17 cm. Its matt white glass contrasts with the reflective silver-coloured finish below.A small globe for a bedside table or cabinetBoth width and depth measure 14 cm. Compare that footprint with the free surface on your bedside table, cabinet or shelf before choosing a position. The 17 cm height includes the base and shade, so it should not be confused with the globe diameter. The S designation identifies this smaller Ball version rather than a tall lamp with a raised arm.The manufacturer recommends shelves, cabinets and bedside tables as places to use it. It can provide supplementary lighting in a living room or bedroom, or diffuse table lighting in a study. There is no directional head to aim at a particular part of a desk: the glass globe spreads the light instead.Choose an E14 bulb that fits insideThe lamp takes one E14 LED bulb rated at no more than 10 W. The manufacturer recommends a narrow bulb with a maximum height of 10.2 cm. Check the bulb's physical dimensions as well as its cap and wattage, since the source must fit within the spherical shade. The milky glass diffuses the light. Brightness and light colour are determined by the bulb you choose, not by the chrome finish of the base. The switch is positioned on the cable, so leave it accessible when arranging the lamp among other objects.Glass and metal without an elaborate frameThe simple globe and low base give this design a modern, minimalist character. The shade conceals the bulb without using a fabric cover. Article 1076B4_S pairs matt white glass with a silver-coloured chrome base; gold and brass finishes belong to different Ball variants.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
