Nordlux CHRISTINA 20 Table Lamp Light Grey, Concrete and Smoked Glass, E27 max. 25 W

Name: Nordlux CHRISTINA 20 Table Lamp Light Grey, Concrete and Smoked Glass, E27 max. 25 W
Brand: Nordlux

CHRISTINA 20 is a Nordlux table lamp with a light grey concrete base and a dome-shaped smoked-glass shade. The glass is mouth-blown and shaped by hand, so it can contain small air bubbles and its thickness can vary; no two shades look exactly alike.Size and where it fitsThe lamp is 30 cm high, the shade is 19.5 cm across and the concrete base 13 cm. Compare these figures with the top of the chest of drawers, bedside table or shelf it is meant for.The cable is 150 cm long, black, plastic-sheathed, with an in-line switch. Nordlux states that the cable cannot be replaced.Bulb and lightThe lamp has an E27 holder and takes a bulb of up to 25 W. No bulb is included, so you choose one yourself, and with a 25 W limit that in practice means an LED bulb. The smoked glass does not hide the bulb but dims it, which is why Nordlux suggests decorative bulbs with a visible filament: the bulb becomes part of the lamp's look, and according to Nordlux such a bulb behind smoked glass gives a warm, soft light. The lamp is protection class II (double insulated), so it does not need an earthed socket.Style and intended useNordlux describes CHRISTINA as industrial in style: the rough concrete of the base contrasts with the smooth, semi-transparent glass, and the simple form also suits sparsely furnished rooms. In our catalogue it is assigned to living rooms and bedrooms as well as hotels and restaurants, wherever a lamp stands on a side table or chest of drawers as mood lighting rather than as a reading light.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
