RUNE WHITE/GOLD is a three-light ceiling lamp: three curved white tubes leave a round white canopy, and each ends in a gold shade made of metal rods. The shades are open, so the bulb stays fully visible. How much ceiling it takes The arms span 60 × 60 cm and the whole fitting is 35 cm deep. Those 35 cm are the entire drop from the ceiling — it does not eat into room height the way a pendant does, so it fits a room with a low ceiling. Compare that 60 × 60 cm square with the clear ceiling area where it will go; the fitting screws straight to the ceiling and weighs 2.15 kg packed. What bulbs it takes There are three E27 lampholders and the manufacturer gives 60 W as the maximum per bulb. Bulbs are not included — three come separately, and they decide the light colour: 2700–3000 K gives warm, yellowish light, 4000 K neutral white. There is no driver or controller inside; the fitting runs straight off 230 V mains. Dimming therefore depends on a bulb marked dimmable plus a separate dimmer in the circuit. What the open shades mean The shade is a cage of gold rods, with no glass and no fabric — it neither covers the bulb nor diffuses the light. Light goes out in every direction rather than only downward, so the fitting also lifts the ceiling and the walls around it. Two things follow for the buyer. The bulb's appearance becomes part of the fitting's appearance — a decorative envelope with a visible filament reads differently here from an ordinary frosted one. And the lit bulb is shielded by nothing, so under this fitting you see the source itself. Build The manufacturer lists metal for both frame and shades: the frame is white, the shades gold. The fitting is rated IP20 and is intended for enclosed rooms only.
