NICOLETA NATURAL AND BLACK 823 is a ceiling light built on a straight 72 cm bar that screws flat against the ceiling. The bar is black; the mounting plate behind it and the three shades are cut from plywood left in its natural wood colour, with the grain visible. Each shade is an open cage of vertical plywood slats. How big it is and where to fit it The bar measures 72 cm and the three shades are spaced evenly along it, so the fitting lights a strip of that length rather than a single point under the ceiling. The fitting mounts straight onto the ceiling — there are no cords or suspension cables, so it takes no headroom where the ceiling is low. The shades are fixed in place and point downwards; they cannot be turned or aimed at a wall.
